Service Description

The excursion begins at the port of Ushuaia, right in the heart of the city. From there, we'll sail south across Ushuaia Bay, enjoying a unique panoramic view of the city, its mountains, and valleys. In just a few minutes, we'll enter the waters of the Beagle Channel, heading towards the Bridges Islands. This small archipelago is home to colonies of Imperial Cormorants and South American Sea Lions, which can be observed up close in their natural habitat. Weather permitting, we'll disembark on one of the islands for an easy hike. During the walk, you'll be able to appreciate the area's characteristic flora and enjoy unparalleled views of Ushuaia and the Andes Mountains. The journey continues east to the Les Eclaireurs archipelago, about 17 km from the city. There stands the iconic Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse, a symbol of the "City at the End of the World." The surrounding area is also home to seabirds and sea lions, and the remains of the Monte Cervantes cruiser, which sank in 1930, are still preserved. After visiting the lighthouse, the boat begins its return journey along the northern coast of the Beagle Channel. During this leg, you'll see the old Túnel Ranch, the Playa Larga Natural and Cultural Reserve, and the industrial area east of the city. This experience combines sailing, wildlife, history, and scenery, offering one of the most comprehensive and unforgettable excursions in Ushuaia. Please arrive 30 minutes before departure. Transfers to or from the port to your accommodation are not included.
